This section describes the Appearance tab in your AI Assistant / Chatbot.

Customization options

You can customize your AI Assistant to make it look more like your brand.

This is the message your AI Assistant will open up with, the first part of a new conversation.

The placeholder in the input field, visible when not typing.

Choose between light and dark theme for your AI Assistant.

The background color of the icon at the bottom of the screen when you embed your AI Assistant on other sites.

The top most section of the AI Assistant.

The background color of the whole header, button and text color will try to adjust automatically, to get a good contrast to the background color.

Upload an image for your AI Assistant, visible in the header as an avatar image.

Main heading for your AI Assistant.

A smaller text that will appear beneath the main heading.
